SUNWHEELUSA to process orders within the specified time frame after their acceptance. However, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, delivery delays, material shortages, and other factors may sometimes affect our ability to deliver orders as expected. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases and please note that SUNWHEELUSA is not responsible for any delays caused by such events.

In addition, to ensure the security of your purchases, we may need to contact you to verify your orders. This verification process may cause minor delays. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your proximity to our distribution center and current stock availability.

Free Shipping Policy

SUNWHEELUSA is pleased to offer free shipping to customers within the continental United States.

Exceptions:

  • Alaska and Hawaii: Although we do ship to these regions, free shipping is not available.
  • Promotions and gifts: Orders whose price is completely canceled due to special promotions, coupons, events, or gifts are also not subject to free shipping.
  • Minimum purchase requirements: Free shipping is only available for new orders for electric scooters with a minimum purchase amount of 500$.
  • Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses: We do not ship to these regions, free shipping is not available. We value every customer, and are ready to send to other available locations in the United States to receive your orders.

Duringorder processing

At SUNWHEELUSA, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Here are details about how we process orders:

  • Orders, placed on our website from Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
  • Working days: Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

Accuracy of the delivery address: delays may occur if there are problems with the delivery address provided. Please make sure that your address is entered correctly to avoid delays.

Standard Shipping

Most orders for electric scooters are sent overland. The average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Please note that this estimated delivery time does not include the processing period or additional time that may be required to clarify additional details with the customer.

Delivery delays

It is important to understand that the specified delivery times are approximate and may depend on factors beyond our control. These may include adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, lack of resources (such as trucks or drivers) , and accidents, among others. Although SUNWHEELUSA undertakes to process and ship orders promptly within the specified time frame, we cannot influence the delivery time after delivery of the cargo to the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx). Consequently, we are not responsible for any delays caused by these courier services after the goods are shipped.

Transportation fees

All applicable shipping charges(excluding customs duties, if applicable) they will be clearly indicated at checkout before you complete the payment.

Quality Assurance

At SUNWHEELUSA, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Before leaving our warehouse, each electric scooter passes strict internal quality control. Our team of full-time quality inspectors strives to ensure that each scooter meets our highest standards. The inspection process usually takes about 30 minutes per scooter, including unpacking, inspection, and repacking. Due to this detailed inspection, please wait 1-5 business days to process your order before shipping.


Delivery of expensive goods

Signature requirement:

High-value items such as our electric scooters (excluding parts and accessories) are sent with a signature requirement to prevent theft. The courier may need to contact you to make an appointment for delivery. Please make sure that you provide the best contact phone number during checkout to make this process easier.


Notifications about sending an order

Confirmation of sending:

After sending your order, you will receive an email notification . This notification will include tracking information and a link to track the parcel online.


Goods, damaged во during transportation

Precautions and packaging:

At SUNWHEELUSA, we take comprehensive precautions to ensure that all products are securely packed before leaving our warehouse. Despite our best efforts, damage may occur during transportation. You can read the Defects and Non-defects sectionon our Returns and Exchanges page .

In case of damage:

  • Refuse delivery: if you notice any damage on arrival, refuse delivery and ask the driver to write down the reason for the refusal as "damage".
  • Hidden damage: If the damage is not immediately apparent or you cannot refuse the shipment, please inform the courier company and SUNWHEELUSA as soon as possible.

Report damage:

  • Immediate actions are required: Please inform the courier and SUNWHEELUSA of any damage caused by the delivery within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Documentation: Take a photo of the damage and get a confirmation or claim number from the courier.
  • Request to the support service: send a request to the SUNWHEELUSA support service, including a detailed description of the damage, photos, and a confirmation number from the courier company.
  • Save the packaging: keep all original packaging materials until the problem is resolved, as they may be necessary for checking or processing the claim.

Sending status

Tracking your order:

Once your order is shipped from our SUNWHEELUSA warehouse, we have limited visibility of its exact status. Delivery, including route and speed, is managed by the courier company.

Direct contact with couriers:

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information about the status of your shipment, we recommend contacting the courier responsible for delivery directly. They can provide detailed tracking information and help with any specific questions or concerns you may have regarding your parcel.

Delivery Terms

Signature requirement:

All orders over 200$, including warranty replacements, are sent with a signature requirement to ensure safe delivery. This requirement may be waived at the client's request or under special circumstances.

Delivery Hours:

Delivery usually takes place between 8am and 8pm. Specific agreements on signatures are coordinated by the courier service, taking into account your time.

Failed deliveries:

If the parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts,a fee of 40US $ 40 + shipping costs to your address will be charged for resending the order.

Rejected packets:

Failure to reject a parcel, unless caused by damage found during delivery, may result in a 20% refund fee. If you find damage during transportation, please follow our message instructions as indicated in the "Damaged during Transportation" section above to avoid return fees.


Incorrect or incomplete address

Address accuracy:

If the parcel is returned to SUNWHEELUSA due to an incorrect or incomplete address specified by the customer when placing the order, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with re-delivery of the order to the corrected address. SUNWHEELUSA cannot be held responsible for the loss of an order if the address provided at checkout is inaccurate or incomplete.
