You acknowledge that riding an electric scooter carries inherent hazards, including but not limited to bodily harm, property damage, and death. These risks exist even when the scooter is used for its intended purpose. You freely assume all known and unknown risks associated with the use of the electric scooter, even whether they result from the Company's or others' fault, and you are completely liable for their involvement.

You undertake to follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the use of electric scooters, including traffic laws and public safety requirements. You accept that it is your obligation to be aware of and follow all applicable laws and regulations.
